2. Booking & Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed based on technician availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to operational or safety reasons. Customers will be informed in advance whenever possible.
3. Pricing & Payments
Service charges are communicated before work begins. Any additional repairs or spare parts will be discussed and approved by the customer. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
4. Inspection & Estimates
Initial inspection charges may apply. Estimates are based on visible assessment; final costs may vary if additional faults are discovered during repair.
5. Warranty on Service
Limited service warranty may be provided depending on the type of repair. Warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, electrical fluctuations, or issues unrelated to the serviced component.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to appliances, proper electricity/water supply, and accurate information about the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe working conditions.
7. Parts & Materials
Replacement parts, if required, may be new or compatible quality parts depending on availability and customer approval.
8. Liability Limitation
While we take utmost care during service, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or indirect losses resulting from appliance failure.
9. Cancellations
Customers should inform us in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service refusal.
10. Cleaning Services Disclaimer
Results of sofa or kitchen cleaning depend on fabric/material condition and stain age. Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
11. Safety & Conduct
Our technicians maintain professional conduct. Any abusive or unsafe behavior may result in service termination without refund.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
